1.   Compatibility issues?  The online ordering systems will not let me continue...

    On your Internet Explorer Menu Bar, Click Tools.  ( Or in the Upper Right Hand Corner Click on the Gear Icon.)]

        Click on Compatibility View Settings.

            A screen will pop up,  nowdocs.com will appear in "Add this website".

                Click Add then Click Close.

                    Refresh the screen (F5)

                    Our service is quick, and secure! Email is appropriate for some forms of written communication, but email attachments:
                    • Can be corrupted in the transmission process
                    • Place the burden of printing a document on the recipient
                    • May not open due to software incompatibility
                    • May be easily lost, ignored or deleted

                    1. How long does it take to upload a document?
                  • Upload times depend on the size of the file, amount of graphics, modem speed and other variables. High-speed modems, including cable modems and DSL lines decrease upload time.

                  • 2. When I try to upload my documents with Netscape, they don't appear in the File Upload window!
                  • This issue is specific to the Netscape browser. The Files of Type menu on Netscape's File Upload dialog box defaults to HTML files. As a consequence, only files with a .HTM or .HTML extension will appear in the browse window. To see files of any other format, open the Files of Type menu and select the All Files (*.*) option.

                  • 3. If I send out the same document more than once, do I need to upload it each time?
                  • No. The Personal and Corporate filing cabinets are ideal for storing documents sent out frequently -- like presentations, manuals, brochures, sales information, or even price lists. Once documents are stored in your Personal or Corporate filing cabinet, you can access and send them from any Internet-enabled computer. Back To Top
                  • 4.  How late can I upload a document?
                  • You can upload documents at any time. Back To Top
                  • 5.  What are the Personal and Corporate Address Books?
                  • Both address books allow you to store names and addresses for future use. By storing recipient details in address books, you can conveniently select a recipient without having to re-enter their information. Also, with your contacts uploaded and stored in the address book, you can send a document at a moment's notice from any Internet-enabled computer. You don't need to have the addressee's information with you! Back To Top
                  • 6.  If I am sending a document to several recipients, can I send a personal note to each?
                  • Yes. The "Edit Cover Note Comment" function allows you to send a personalized note of up to 15 lines to each of your recipients. Back To Top
                  • 7.  Is there a limit to the number of recipients to whom I can send a document?
                  • No. You can enter as many recipients as you want. Back To Top
                  • 8.   What is the difference between the Personal Filing Cabinet and the Corporate Filing Cabinet?
                  • As the name suggests, only you have access to your Personal Filing Cabinet. The Corporate Filing Cabinet can be used to store documents shared by company employees. Back To Top
                  • 9.  Can I edit my documents stored in my Personal or Corporate Filing Cabinet?
                  • No. Documents in the Personal or Corporate Filing Cabinets cannot be edited on our server. For security and privacy reasons, it is better for you to revise files on your computer and upload them again. Back To Top
                  • 10.   Can I send documents on my stationery or letterhead?
                  • Yes, if you have an electronic version of your letterhead. Back To Top
                  • 11.   Can NowPrint match my fonts?
                  • Font support is dependent on your particular NowPrint configuration - please contact your print production department for details. User can use the NowPrint "Print Preview" function to examine your fonts before placing an order. Back To Top
                  • 12.   How do I know that my document will be printed exactly as I expect?
                  • Our "Print Preview" technology allows you to view your document prior to it being sent. The document will print with the same dimensions, fonts, line-wrapping and other formatting that appears in the "Print Preview." Please note that preview images are lower-resolution that the final production output, to reduce the time it takes to download the images over your Internet connection. Back To Top
                  • 13.   Can I use the browser "Forward" and "Back" buttons to navigate through the process of sending a document?
                  • We recommend that you use the "Go To Next Step" and "Go To Previous Step " buttons on the Web site to navigate back and forth through the process of sending a document. Some browsers may allow you to use the "Forward" and "Back" buttons as well, however if you get a "Data Missing Message", click the "Reload" button. Back To Top
